"We found Geary Do 2 years ago. We had been at many open-houses in Hercules, Martinez, and Albany before we met him, as a sell-agent, in Albany. We trusted Geary right in the talk (we were going to buy the condo which he represented as seller). We had been communicating via emails in the last two years. Geary always wanted us to have a good choice and adviced us for every single detail. He was very patient sending emails to us once every 1-2 months (in 2 years). When we found a good and affordable house, Geary helped us go through stress in buying/offering the house, and did very good communication with the seller/agent. The results were we won the bid, and then we got a good amount of money as credit which helped improve the house. Geary also had very good communication with my loan agent. Documents and offer went through smoothly with his dedicated work. Geary introduced us to super handful and trustable contractors. We improved our roof and interior and we were happy with what the contractors did. I am sure everyone is aware that buying a right house is hard, stressful, and sometimes painful. But please trust me, having a right/helpful/trustable/experienced Realtor® agent (+ his reference on contractors) helps you overcome and minimize all the pain/stress you have in the whole house buying process. (We certainly have credit to our loan agent, but I do not mention him here). Geary, thank you for being with us in our 2-year house buying journey."

Not only is Geary a bay area native, but he made sure to call-out his his various other interests like being involved in various environmental, LGBTQ+, and housing charities. This really resonated with me and even now, I feel like it was kismet. From our first phone conversation, first showing and our many text messages exchanged, it’s evident that Geary is a wealth of knowledge and information about the bay area real estate market. "We would give more stars if we could. When my husband and I started searching for our first home, we were connected with a Realtor® via a family referral. After months of feeling pressured and more lost/confused than ever about the home-buying process, we ended that relationship and started seriously researching and interviewing new potential Realtors®. That is when the Gods of House and Home brought Geary into our lives. We made an open house appointment to see a property, and due to COVID restrictions, Geary was matched by Zillow as the agent to accompany us. Right off the bat, Geary made it clear that he was here to guide us. He was knowledgeable, patient, and we felt comfortable asking him our “stupid questions” as first-time home buyers. We went home from that open house and cancelled all the interviews we had scheduled with other Realtors®. During our time with him, we never once felt pressured or even persuaded. He empowered us through continued education. He was always just a text away (I once texted him after 11PM). However, Geary came to us with vast knowledge of the industry, a solid network, strong people skills, and a good understanding of the Bay Area neighborhoods. We felt very informed at every step of the process, and all our questions were answered thoroughly and accurately. He made himself available at any time and day for our questions. We unfortunately had a really bad experience with our lender, which jeopardized our contract with the sellers. Geary took swift action in switching us to another lender with an even better interest rate and was able to expedite the process with the new lender to be able to close on time. His negotiation skills with both the lender and the seller helped us seal the deal. We are grateful for Geary’s efforts in securing this home for us and we strongly recommend him as a Realtor®!"
